Ulysses Gamma Ray Burst experiment data contains integral 0.5-second omnidirectional counting rates from two hemispherical CsI scintillator detectors covering 4 pi steradians. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration instrument operates in the nominal 25-150 keV energy range and is sensitive to solar and cosmic x- and gamma-ray bursts, as well as solar protons and electrons. Data time resolution varies between 0.25, 0.5, 1, or 2 seconds depending on telemetry rate and mode.
