Copernicus provides 10-day time composite GEOTIFF files measuring the Fraction of Absorbed Photosynthetically Active Radiation (FAPAR) anomalies for the United States Virgin Islands. This geospatial data is derived from the Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) to monitor vegetation health and agricultural drought impacts. The dataset was last updated in March 2026 and provides a dimensionless quantity ranging from 0 to 1.
The data is licensed under CC-BY and requires tools capable of handling GEOTIFF files, such as QGIS, ArcGIS, or GDAL.
