Cyanine Ligand Binding to G-Quadruplex DNA with Transcriptome Analysis

Six cyanine ligands with varying polymethine linker lengths and substituents were developed and investigated as DNA binders. Their interaction with DNA was assessed by FRET melting, UV–vis, and fluorimetric assays, complemented by computational experiments and RNA-seq analysis of treated HeLa cells. The dataset was created by Cristina Galiana-Roselló and shared on figshare under a CC-BY-NC-4.0 license.
