Soil eDNA for Plant Biodiversity Assessment in Solhomfjell Forest Reserve

A single soil eDNA sample was collected from each of 100 permanent plots in the Solhomfjell Forest Reserve in August 2018. María Ariza from the University of Oslo led the study, which used the chloroplast trnL intron marker and Illumina MiSeq sequencing to assess plant diversity. The dataset includes 309 total samples, comprising technical replicates and control blanks.
