Thirty-three home-quarantined COVID-19 patients underwent a self-administered chemosensitive test and an operator-administered test. The results, validated by Luigi Angelo Vaira of the University of Sassari, showed no significant difference between the two testing methods. This suggests the self-administered test can provide objective data on chemosensitive disorders in COVID-19 patients.
