Description
Sixteen subjects (mean age 69.6) were recruited to generate a high-resolution multimodal brain template. The dataset includes T1, T2, and 3D-FLAIR templates and a vascular territory map, all registered to MNI space, created by researchers at Harvard University. The vascular map outlines ACA, MCA, and PCA territories and was manually assessed and corrected.

Segmentation of cerebral vascular territories for stroke research based on the provided territory map

Strengths
Includes multimodal imaging data (T1, T2, 3D-FLAIR) from a 3T Siemens scanner
Templates are derived from 16 subjects and manually assessed for gross pathology
