A text-level collection of documents from the Vietnamese National Legal Database, operated by the Ministry of Justice. It includes laws, ordinances, decrees, circulars, decisions, and resolutions from central (National Assembly, Government, ministries) and local (People's Councils/Committees of 63 provinces and cities) levels.
