Venom on Ice: Antarctic Cephalopod DNA and Venom Gland Samples from 2007-2008

DNA and venom gland samples from Antarctic cephalopods collected during the 2007-2008 CEAMARC voyage of the Aurora Australis. Each specimen was slated for DNA barcoding using a 600bp mitochondrial COI gene region to evaluate biodiversity and support proteomic analysis of octopus salivary gland secretions.
