VG2 NEP PWS: Voyager 2 Plasma Wave Samples from Neptune Encounter

271 frames of electric field waveform data were captured by the Voyager 2 spacecraft during its Neptune encounter. Each frame consists of up to 800 lines, with each line representing a 60-msec interval of 4-bit samples taken at 28,800 samples per second. This raw waveform data was collected by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Plasma Wave Receiver.
