VG2 URANUS IRIS 3 RDR: Infrared and Solar Radiometer Measurements from Voyager 2

Voyager 2's IRIS and BSRR instruments collected this data during the Uranus flyby. Measurements from the infrared interferometer spectrometer and broadband reflected solar radiometer are ordered by the Flight Data System Count (FDSC).
