Vicmap Land Administration: Crown Land Tenure Line Features for Victoria

A statewide dataset created from June 2003 to February 2004 by migrating LCMP layers into the Vicmap structure. It is a raw superset of CL_CAD_LINE, managed by the Department of Transport and Planning, and plays a key role in the management of Victoria's Crown land. The dataset supports feature versioning and editing chaining.
