Vicmap Land Administration: Australian Postcode Boundaries with Versioning

Part of the VLAT dataset series, this polygon layer provides full topological boundaries for Australian postcodes. The dataset is a raw superset of VMADMIN_POSTCODE_POLYGON, created from notifications by Australia Post and aligned with Vicmap Property. It supports feature versioning and editing chaining, tracking both current and retired states of each postcode.
