A feasibility study conducted between October 2020 and December 2022 to develop and test a patient-centered videoconference model for managing low-prevalence diseases like MRSA. The study involved a participatory design workshop with seven end-users and eight real-world videoconference trials, with feedback from eight patients and seven practice staff. The analysis identified themes related to collaboration, shared knowledge, and barriers in using videoconferences for complex care pathways.
