Viet Nam - GLIDE Disaster Events: Unique Disaster Identifiers

GLIDE numbers are GLobal unique IDEntifiers for Disasters, allowing information to be interoperable across multiple disaster information sources. The Asian Disaster Reduction Center (ADRC) proposed this globally common Unique ID code to address the challenge of accessing scattered and confusing disaster information. The dataset is actively used by institutions including UN-OCHA, UNDRR, IFRC, and the European Commission.
