VNP14A1: Daily Global Fire and Thermal Anomaly Detection

VIIRS/NPP Thermal Anomalies and Fire Daily L3 Global 1km SIN Grid V001 is a decommissioned satellite data product providing daily, global detection of active fires and thermal anomalies. The dataset is a 1-kilometer gridded composite derived from 750-meter VIIRS bands, containing four science layers for fire confidence, maximum fire radiative power, quality assessment, and fire position within scan. It is provided in HDF-EOS5 format with a companion JPEG browse image.
