Description
103 out of 520 raw milk samples and 77 out of 400 traditional dairy product samples from Iran were found to be contaminated with Helicobacter pylori. The dataset, created by Soolmaz Mousavi, includes analysis of virulence factors (vacA, cagA, iceA, oipA) and antimicrobial resistance properties for the isolated strains. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performed using the disk diffusion method.
