10,000-year daily datasets of rainfall and potential evapotranspiration generated using observed and palaeo-climatic data. The stochastic data were produced by researchers at the University of Adelaide and the University of Newcastle and are used in Regional Water Strategies. The dataset is made available as open data by the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water.
