Ship-Based XBT Data from the Tropical Pacific Ocean in 1990

Pacific Ocean water depth and temperature profiles were collected by the ship Manila Nedlloyd as part of the SEAS III project. Data originates from the Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere (TOGA) area between 30°N and 30°S, spanning from July 26 to November 15, 1990. The bathythermograph (XBT) data was submitted by the Fleet Numerical Oceanography Center and is archived by NOAA NCEI in C116 file format.
