Weekly COVID-19 County-Level Community Transmission with Case and Positivity Metrics

CDC's archived dataset contains historical weekly updates of COVID-19 community transmission levels for U.S. counties from January 22, 2020 through May 10, 2023. The data includes metrics for new cases per 100,000 persons and the percentage of positive NAAT tests over the prior 7 days.
