Weekly cumulative percentages track children aged 6 months to 17 years who are up to date with COVID-19 vaccines, comparing the 2025-26 season to past seasons across U.S. jurisdictions. Estimates are derived from the National Immunization Survey-Flu, a national random-digit dial telephone survey of households conducted from October to June. The data was last updated by data.cdc.gov in March 2026.
Weekly comparisons must account for differences in vaccine availability dates between seasons. The survey respondent is a parent or guardian, not the child's medical provider.
