CDC's National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) provides weekly aggregated hospital respiratory data and metrics at national and state/territory levels from August 2020 onward. The dataset includes metrics on hospital capacity, occupancy, and admissions for COVID-19, influenza, and RSV, with reporting periods transitioning between mandated and voluntary phases. Data represent aggregated counts from acute care and critical access hospitals in the United States.
License information is unknown and should be confirmed before use. Data for RSV were voluntarily reported until November 1, 2024, which may affect completeness for that pathogen in earlier periods.
