Yangtze River Nursery Fish CPUE Data and Analysis Scripts, 2002–2017

Cleaned catch-per-unit-effort tables and R scripts support a study on fish recovery in the lower Yangtze River. The dataset is based on a 16-year standardized passive-net survey from 2002 to 2017 at a fixed nursery station near Jingjiang City. It includes annual CPUE records for 28 migratory and estuarine-associated fish species.
