Five manually annotated English benchmarks contain 533 ground-truth pairs for matching agroecological experimental variables. The training sets were expanded using six large language models, generating 24 augmented pairs for each original pair, resulting in a file with 7,680 generated pairs. This dataset was created by Oussama Mechhour of CIRAD and last updated in May 2026.
Coral bleaching survey data from the Hawaiian Archipelago was collected from August 20 to December 7, 2019. The dataset provides metrics on live coral cover, the percentage of bleached coral, and average bleaching severity, with some taxon-specific detail. It is a multi-institutional compilation by the Hawaii Coral Bleaching Collaborative involving NOAA, state agencies, universities, and conservation groups.
A geological bulletin summarizing regional mapping results from a 67,000 kmยฒ area near Townsville, Queensland. The work was conducted by the Bureau of Mineral Resources and the Geological Survey of Queensland between 1961 and 1967. It details the geological evolution, sedimentary basins, and economic geology of the region from the Precambrian to the Cainozoic era.
Victoria, Australia's wetland environments are mapped as polygons showing their extent and types. The data is based on aerial photography interpretation from the 1970s and 1980s, with wetlands classified by water regime and subdivided by vegetation or hydrologic attributes. It was created by the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action and is available under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
Seven geomorphic conceptual models for Australian estuaries and coastal waterways were developed by Geoscience Australia for the National Estuaries Assessment and Management project. Each model includes a three-dimensional block diagram and flow diagrams depicting hydrology, sediment dynamics, and nutrient dynamics. The document, available as PDF and HTML, is intended as a decision support tool for environmental managers.
The replication package for the paper "Measuring Interest Rate Risk Management by Financial Institutions" by C. Brunetti, N. Foley-Fisher, and S. Verani. It contains the code to reproduce the figures and tables from the main text. The package is hosted on the Review of Asset Pricing Studies Dataverse and was last updated on June 10, 2026.
Bird survey results from the multi-century Eucalyptus salubris chronosequence in the Great Western Woodlands, south-western Australia. The data records bird abundance using the 20 minute-2ha method and was used to analyze species and community responses to time since fire. Data collection was funded by BirdLife Australia, The Nature Conservancy, and other organizations, with analysis published by Gosper et al. in 2019.
Geoscience Australia compiled this 5-meter resolution bathymetry grid for the Geographe Marine Park, part of Australia's network of 58 marine parks covering 3.3 million square kilometers. The data release includes a panchromatic geotiff image combining bathymetry with hillshade and derived morphological surface classifications based on slope. This research was supported by the National Environmental Science Program (NESP) Marine Biodiversity Hub.
Environmental DNA (eDNA) results from a screening of Norwegian Atlantic salmon farms presumed non-infected with the parasite <i>Ph. atlanticus</i>. The dataset is a 5.5 KB Excel file authored by David A. Strand and last updated in April 2026. Clinical state evaluations were reported by individual farm fish health personnel following the eDNA analysis.
115.2 KB of data supporting research on uneven consumption of parasite-manipulated terrestrial prey among stream fish species. The dataset, authored by Ryo Futamura, includes files in RMD, XLSX, and TXT formats and was last updated on April 28, 2026. It is shared under a CC-BY-4.0 license on figshare.
The Coral Sea, offshore Queensland, Australia, is the location for this dataset examining planktic foraminiferal biostratigraphic events from the latest Pliocene to the Holocene. It is based on core samples from the Australian Ocean Data Network, with analysis of 15 out of 27 potential events and the proposal of new subzones. The data shows stable assemblages dominated by tropical and subtropical species.
New York State facilities with permits to rear or sell selected fish species are listed in this dataset, compiled annually by the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). It serves as a directory for finding potential sources of certified disease-free fish for stocking purposes. The data includes facility contact details, location, and the specific fish species they are permitted to handle.
Avian Flu App View is an uncontrolled dataset containing notifications of dead birds reported via a mobile application. Reports were submitted by land management organizations, including State Forest Management, Animal Aid Organisation, Water Boards, and the Huntersโ Association. The dataset is published by the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations under a Creative Commons Public Domain Mark license.
One environmental summary report for frontier basins scheduled for acreage release between 2007 and 2011. The report synthesizes environmental information for the Vlaming Sub-basin and Mentelle Basin, compiled by the Australian Ocean Data Network, and includes a Geographic Information System (GIS) with seascape analysis. It covers geological history, sediment properties, oceanographic processes, and benthic and pelagic ecology to characterize habitats.
A 2026 monograph from the Australian Ocean Data Network synthesizes the state of science on interactions between plants, animals, and microorganisms in marine sediments. It covers conceptual and numeric models of these interactions, their impact on sediment geochemistry, and the structuring of benthic communities from coastal to deep-sea environments. The work provides an authoritative overview of current research, experimentation, and modeling approaches.
Sentinel-2 imagery 2024 is a pan-European composite image mosaic for the year 2024, produced by Terramonitor. The high-resolution (10 m) imagery is part of the PathFinder collection and was used with auxiliary geospatial layers and National Forest Inventory data to create 2024 maps. The dataset was harvested by DataverseNO and last updated on 2026-04-21.
28.7 KB of data from a study on Hendra virus evolutionary dynamics and genetic diversity. The dataset, authored by Claude Yinda Kwe and last updated in April 2026, likely contains information on viral strains across Pteropus bats in Australia. Its small size suggests a focused collection of genetic or phenotypic characteristics.
One Tree Reef, a 5.5 km by 3 km asymmetrical triangular reef in the Capricorn Group, evolved from a karst platform 10-25m below sea level. The dataset describes its formation from before 9600-9000 years B.P., with vertical and lateral accretion leading to its present shape influenced by a southeasterly wave regime by 4400 years B.P.
