Palynological data from a Geoscience Australia project conducted between 2002 and 2004. The record contains reports and standardized data files for over 200 new samples from 14 wells and revised data for 18 wells. Data was collected through new sampling and analysis, combined with a review of existing reports, and standardized to a consistent taxonomy.
Atmospheric carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and methane concentrations measured from a network of instrumented communications towers in the central and eastern United States. The Atmospheric Carbon and Transport-America project collected this data over five years, starting in early 2015, through five intensive field campaigns covering all seasons. Measurements were taken using infrared cavity ring-down spectrometer systems at heights above 100 meters to characterize ground-level carbon background conditions.
Over the past five years, scientists drilled 61 holes into 24 reefs across the Great Barrier Reef. The dataset includes nearly 250 radiocarbon dates and analyzes five major biosedimentologic facies, with depositional and framework growth rates quantified in meters per 1000 years. Reef initiation began 8-9000 years B.P., with growth rates varying by facies and location.
Multivariate cluster analysis identified benthic marine fossil communities from the Visean-Delepinea aspinosa Zone in New South Wales. The study delineates four communities in the Inflatia elegans Subzone and describes community persistence and change into the subsequent Linoprotonia tenuirugosa Subzone. The data is provided by Geoscience Australia Data and was last updated in April 2026.
A 287.5 KB document by Mateusz Kwiatkowski details in vitro measurements of abscisic acid (ABA) binding to an Arabidopsis thaliana phosphodiesterase (PDE). The data shows ABA concentration-dependent modulation of 3’,5’-cAMP hydrolysis, with Vmax values of 1.19 pmole min⁻¹ μg⁻¹ without ABA, increasing to 1.58 at 2 nM ABA, and decreasing to 0.75 at 50 nM ABA. This research, shared on figshare in April 2026, suggests a functional link between ABA signaling, cAMP, and potassium flux.
I. Bertelli's 2026 figshare dataset investigates multi-component organic adhesives used in archaeology. The work analyzes model mixtures of pine resin, beeswax, and vegetable oil, aged for 2 months, using ATR-FTIR, TGA, and EGA-MS techniques. Principal Component Analysis and Design of Experiments were applied to interpret the spectroscopic and thermal stability data.
A research document investigating the composition and thermochemical properties of multi-component organic adhesives used in antiquity. The work analyzes both prepared model mixtures and archaeological samples using ATR-FTIR, TGA, and EGA-MS techniques. The dataset was authored by I. Bertelli and last updated on April 20, 2026.
Table 1_Dissociation between gut microbiota remodeling and early gut-liver injury in CLP-induced sepsis is a dataset from a preclinical sepsis study. The research, authored by Tijana Mašić and shared on figshare, investigates the relationship between gut microbiota changes and early organ injury in a rat model of severe polymicrobial sepsis. Data likely includes outcomes assessed within the first 24 hours and survival monitored for 7 days.
Northern Queensland and eastern Northern Territory, including the Gulf of Carpentaria, are covered by this geological synthesis. The data is a summary of field surveys begun in 1969 by the Bureau of Mineral Resources and the Geological Survey of Queensland, supplemented by geophysical reviews and Landsat imagery. It includes information from shallow stratigraphic drilling, augering, and wire-line logging of water bores.
6 legacy drill cores from the Birrindudu Deep Dive region in the Northern Territory provide carbon speciation and Rock-Eval pyrolysis data. The dataset includes total carbon, inorganic carbon, organic carbon, and graphitic carbon measurements, along with pyrolysis and oxidation thermograms. It was generated by Geoscience Australia as part of the Resourcing Australia’s Prosperity initiative, with data last updated in April 2026.
A processed dataset for analyzing the spatial organization and individual territory geometry of Adélie penguin colonies. The data is accompanied by R scripts for spatial processing and statistical modeling. The dataset was created by Lana Lenourry and last updated on April 15, 2026.
Supplementary file 1 contains data from a study on the association between green marathons and pro-sustainable behavior. The dataset includes responses from 651 participants, analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The data was authored by Kui Dong and last updated on 2026-04-20.
Data from a study published in the Journal of Natural Gas Science and Engineering in 2022, hosted by the Australian Ocean Data Network. The dataset likely contains results from pyrolysis experiments and analyses of Paleozoic and Cretaceous rock samples from Australia, Europe, and the USA. It focuses on thermogenic hydrogen generation potential, kinetic parameters, and porosity characteristics across different source rock types.
Two sediment cores (AM01b and AM02) collected from beneath the Amery Ice Shelf in East Antarctica by the Australian Ocean Data Network. The dataset describes physical sedimentation patterns, lithology, and includes 14C ages and diatom abundance data to infer sub-ice shelf sediment transport pathways. The data was last updated on 2026-04-16.
March 24 to April 30, 2023, Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) data were collected from the RV Investigator voyage IN2023_V02, investigating a submarine landslide off western Tasmania for tsunami risk. The data were processed using the Common Ocean Data Access System (CODAS) and archived by CSIRO's National Collections and Marine Infrastructure Information and Data Centre. Instruments included RDI Ocean Surveyor 150kHz and 75kHz ADCPs run in narrowband mode, with transducers located approximately 8.0m below the water line.
