From December 31, 2007, to January 5, 2008, this dataset contains continuous measurements of phytoplankton photosynthetic parameters collected via Fast Repetition Rate Fluorometry (FRRF) aboard the RV L'Astrolabe during a voyage from Hobart to Dumont d'Urville. It was contributed by the Australian Ocean Data Network and includes measurements of maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), absorption cross-section, and chlorophyll concentration. Seawater was sampled from 3 meters depth at one-minute intervals in a dark-adapted state.
