415,090 line-kilometres of radiometric data were collected by the WA Government in 2024 to produce this uranium concentration grid. Geoscience Australia processed the data using NASVD and standard reductions to isolate the geological signal. The resulting grid shows uranium element concentration in parts per million for the Narryer region.
A 2026 study by the Government of Yukon inverted 321 extremely low frequency electromagnetic, 33 audiomagnetotelluric, and 51 magnetotelluric stations to map subsurface electrical structure to 8 km depth in the Burwash Landing region. The resulting model reveals conductive structures associated with faults and intrusions, interpreted as fluid pathways and potential heat sources for a geothermal system.
HR2P peptide exhibited potent in vitro antiviral activity with an EC50 of 6.65 μM against porcine deltacoronavirus. Molecular docking analysis predicted HR2P targets conserved structural sites shared with PEDV and TGEV, avoiding observed HR1 mutation sites. Pharmacokinetic data from intramuscular administration in piglets shows a peak plasma concentration of 194.6 μg/mL.
Yixiao Liang designed peptides HR1P and HR2P from the spike protein of porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) and evaluated their antiviral properties. HR2P exhibited potent in vitro activity with an EC50 of 6.65 μM, showed efficacy against HR1-mutated variants, and demonstrated broad cross-species inhibitory activity. Pharmacokinetic analysis confirmed stable systemic exposure after intramuscular administration in piglets.
A 2026 study by Xu Sun identifies potential therapeutic targets for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The analysis uses a two-step training and validation approach involving mendelian randomization of eQTL and pQTL data from a large genome-wide association study, with further verification via colocalization, single-cell analysis, and ex-vivo experiments. The dataset, shared under a CC-BY-4.0 license, includes results identifying 16 genes and 5 plasma proteins as potential targets.
NASA's CAMEL dataset provides monthly Principal Component Analysis coefficients for modeling land surface emissivity at a 0.05-degree (~5 km) global resolution. These coefficients are a core input for the CAMEL high spectral resolution algorithm, enabling the reconstruction of detailed emissivity spectra. Version 2 incorporates two additional laboratory datasets to improve characterization of snowy scenes.
Supplementary PDF files accompany a research article investigating thermodiffusively-unstable lean premixed hydrogen flames. The files likely contain supporting data, figures, or detailed methodology for three databases generated via two-dimensional direct numerical simulation. The work was authored by Thomas Howarth and published under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
Physiological measurements from sand flathead (Platycephalus bassensis) collected to examine regional differences in thermal performance between heavily fished southern and lightly fished northern populations in Tasmania. Fish were acclimated for three weeks before measurements of standard metabolic rate, maximum metabolic rate, aerobic scope, and critical thermal maximum at 12.5°C, 15°C, and 20°C. The dataset was published via the Australian Ocean Data Network and last updated on 2026-04-28.
A detailed case report describes a rare postpartum complication in a previously healthy primiparous woman. The report includes clinical, laboratory, and imaging findings from a contrast-enhanced CT scan showing a 14.8 x 12.4 cm subcapsular hepatic hematoma and angiography confirming active bleeding. Authored by Penghui Liu and uploaded to figshare in May 2026, the document is licensed for open use under CC-BY-4.0.
Geoscience Australia Data provides a hydrogeological inventory for the Murray Basin, a significant sedimentary basin in Australia. The dataset contains descriptive attribute information grouped into themes including location, geology, hydrogeology, groundwater management, and land use. It was last updated on 2026-05-14.
A 25.7 KB Excel file summarizing a systematic review of research linking allergic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis to cognitive impairment. The dataset, authored by Yu Chen and last updated in May 2026, organizes evidence into five sections: disease characteristics, cognitive impacts, mechanism pathways, therapeutic interventions, and future directions. It highlights clinical research suggesting significant associations between these conditions and cognitive function in both children and adults.
NASA's ABoVE dataset provides 12.5-meter resolution ecosystem-type maps for the Slave River and Peace-Athabasca Deltas in Canada, circa 2007 and 2017. It employs an 18-class Enhanced Wetland Classification scheme derived from a Random Forest model trained on multi-seasonal optical, SAR, and topographic indices. The dataset includes source imagery and error matrices for assessing classification accuracy.
1.8 GB of particle simulation data for collisionless magnetic reconnection under low plasma beta and large guide field conditions. The dataset, authored by Zhifang Guo and last updated in April 2026, contains physical parameters in 2D and 3D grids for different ion-to-electron mass ratios and simulation times. Files are provided in .dat and .nc formats.
MCD19A3D Version 6.1 is a daily, 1-kilometer resolution MODIS product providing RossThick/Li-Sparse BRDF model parameters for eight spectral bands. It includes gap-filled snow grain size and fraction over snow-covered land, and gap-filled NDVI and Nadir BRDF-Adjusted Reflectance over snow-free land. The dataset is produced by the Multi-angle Implementation of Atmospheric Correction algorithm and represents cloud-free, low-aerosol conditions.
Precipitation particle size distribution data was collected by an Eigenbrodt Optical Disdrometer designed for ship-based platforms. Measurements were taken aboard the RV Aranda research vessel during the Light Precipitation Validation Experiment (LPVEx) in September and October 2010 around the Gulf of Finland. The dataset is managed by the GHRC DAAC and serves to validate satellite precipitation algorithms.
Cloud Condensed Water Content measurements were collected using a counterflow virtual impactor (CVI) aboard a NASA DC-8 aircraft during the 2006 African Monsoon Multidisciplinary Analyses (NAMMA) campaign. The dataset includes condensed water content for particles larger than 8 microns and Cloud Condensation Nuclei (CCN) data, with supporting measurements from a tunable diode laser hygrometer and particle counters. NASA produced this dataset to study the structure of African Easterly Waves and Mesoscale Convective Systems over western Africa.
