Capricorn and Northern Tasman Basins: Marine Seismic Survey Data

2900 km of marine multi-channel seismic reflection data were acquired off southeast Queensland in December 1989. The Bureau of Mineral Resources survey investigated the structure, stratigraphy, and petroleum resource potential of the Capricorn and northern Tasman Basins, tying to two deep offshore wells. Sonobuoy refraction, gravity, magnetic, and bathymetric data were also collected during this research cruise.
