EBSD Data for HRDIC Analysis in AZ31 Magnesium Alloy

An Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD) data set obtained from a deformed AZ31 magnesium alloy surface, collected using a CamScan MX2000 equipped with an Oxford Instruments EBSD detector at 25 kV and a 0.23 µm step size. The data was generated by Alberto Orozco‐Caballero at the University of Manchester to accompany a publication on deformation incompatibility in magnesium. It includes raw data files and processed images for Inverse Pole Figure (IPF) and Schmid factor analysis.
