Electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) maps for a Ti-6Al-4V alloy processed by hot rolling. The dataset includes maps of the starting material and samples rolled at nine temperatures from 825°C to 1020°C to three reductions of 50%, 75%, and 87.5%, with additional samples at 94% reduction.
