Household and Individual Dietary Data for Fonio and Jute Mallow in Northern Benin

A collection of cleaned and harmonized household- and individual-level consumption data from the communes of Boukombé and Natitingou in northern Benin. It integrates three survey components: a 7-day food frequency questionnaire, a multi-pass 24-hour dietary recall, and a structured survey on knowledge, attitudes, and constraints related to fonio and jute mallow consumption.
