SOOP New Century-2 2017: Ocean-Atmosphere CO2 Exchange Measurements

Surface underway data from the M/S New Century 2 ship tracks atmospheric and oceanic carbon dioxide exchange across the North Pacific, Caribbean Sea, and North Atlantic. The dataset includes measurements of air-sea pCO2 difference, sea surface temperature, salinity, wind, and humidity collected from January 2017 to January 2018. Shin-ichiro Nakaoka of the National Institute for Environmental Studies collected these data using CO2 gas analyzers and thermosalinographs.
