A research study employed three field-based methods to assess potential impacts of marine seismic surveys on scallops in Bass Strait, Australia. Dredging and Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) surveys examined scallop species Pecten fumatus and Mimachlamys asperrima before and after a 2015 seismic event. MODIS satellite data provided sea surface temperature patterns from 2006 to 2016.
