Nakazima Measurements of Surfalex HF (AA6016A) Aluminium Alloy

Sumeet Mishra from the University of Manchester created this dataset containing Nakazima test results for Surfalex HF (AA6016A), an aluminium alloy used in automotive applications. Six sample shapes with neck widths from 10 to 120 mm and a full disk were tested under a 200 kN clamp force and a 1 mm/min punch speed to study different stress states. Three repeat experiments per geometry were conducted, with strain data extracted according to ISO 12004 from three labeled sections after stereo-correlation analysis.
