A dataset containing reliability simulation results for a 3 kW grid-connected photovoltaic inverter system. The data was generated by author Sainadh Singh Kshatri using Monte Carlo simulation with 10,000 samples to model lifetime with a two-parameter Weibull distribution. It compares the B10 lifetime and performance metrics of conventional IGBT, super junction MOSFET, silicon carbide MOSFET, and gallium nitride HEMT based inverters under a real-time mission profile for Narsapur, India.
Data is in XLS (Excel) format, requiring compatible software to open.
