Physical-chemical parameters were acquired from several stations within the Port Foster caldera, coastal waters from Baily Head and Vapour Col, and Crater Lake on Deception Island. The dataset includes measurements of temperature, pH, conductivity, salinity, dissolved oxygen, trace metals, nutrients, dissolved organic carbon, alkalinity, and ligands. Data was collected by the PiMetAn project of the Institute of Marine Sciences of Andalusia (ICMAN-CSIC) and last updated on February 19, -2021.
