RAW SEM images mosaics dataset for the HRDIC strain localization study in shot peened Ni s

Seven mosaics of backscattered electron images captured using an FEI Magellan HR 400L FE-SEM. The dataset includes one mosaic of an undeformed sample and six mosaics obtained after sequential tensile deformation steps, covering a 950x420 µm² area. This image set is coupled with EBSD data, HRDIC strain maps, and visualization scripts provided in linked Zenodo repositories.

Use Cases
