Nine carbon- and aluminium-based nanomaterials synthesized by hydrodynamic cavitation between 2019 and 2020 are characterized in this dataset. Raw data includes Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS), and X-ray Diffraction (XRD) files. A Python script is provided to reproduce the fractal analysis, which found the effective fractal dimension for all materials converges around D = 1.8868.
Dataset is a 447.4 MB ZIP file; users must have software capable of viewing microscopy and spectroscopic data formats.
