Copernicus provides this geospatial dataset of Fraction of Absorbed Photosynthetically Active Radiation (FAPAR) anomalies for Senegal. The data is derived from the Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) and delivered as 10-day time composites. These biophysical measurements range from 0 to 1 to track vegetation health and agricultural drought impacts.
Users will need GIS tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, or GDAL to handle the GEOTIFF format. The data is released under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license.
