Five different glutaraldehyde-to-protein ratios were used to polymerize pollen extracts from Phleum pratense and Betula verrucosa. The dataset contains results from structural characterization (SDS-PAGE, NMR, TEM, MS) and immunological assays (IgE reactivity, IgG response, mast cell activation) for the resulting polymers. The data was authored by Sandra Sivill and last updated on 2026-03-18.
