Geoscience Australia conducted a 90-day marine survey from October 2008 to January 2009 over frontier basins on the southwest Australian margin. The survey collected 229,000 square kilometres of multi-beam sonar data and nearly 25,000 line kilometres of gravity, magnetic, and sub-bottom profiler data. Rock samples from 30 stations in water depths of 1,000 to 5,000 metres were analyzed to assess petroleum system elements for the region.
1,639,397 participants were analyzed across six prospective cohort studies. This systematic review and meta-analysis synthesizes evidence on the association between slower Timed Up-and-Go (TUG) test performance and fracture risk in older people. The dataset is a PDF document authored by Jordan Hernandez-Martínez, last updated on 2026-05-11.
Four gradational benthic marine fossil communities identified from the late Visean Rhipidomella fortimuscula Zone in New South Wales. The dataset was created using multivariate cluster analysis of bulk samples from fossiliferous horizons and is provided by the Australian Ocean Data Network. It illustrates species associations across different marine shelf environments.
Strontium tracer data from a 2026 figshare study reveals the long-distance transport of foliar-applied calcium in tomato plants. The 359.7 MB dataset includes in vivo transport experiments and XRF quantification of strontium distribution in fruit. Researchers from the University of São Paulo published this work to evaluate the efficacy of foliar nutrient treatments combined with osmotic regulators.
204 healthcare professionals from 33 countries responded to a survey on psychological screening practices. Half of the respondents indicated their centers did not perform any mental health screening for youth with diabetes. The data was collected via a Google Forms questionnaire in English and Portuguese and published under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
29.4% of patients with a transient ischemic attack (TIA) experienced a recurrent stroke within five years, compared to 7.1% of patients with transient global amnesia (TGA). This dataset contains supplementary material for a study of 349 patients diagnosed at Kuopio University Hospital in 2017, tracking 5-year outcomes via national registers. The research was authored by figshare admin karger and published on figshare in 2026.
54 mother-infant dyads from three ethnic groups across China were analyzed using full-length 16S rRNA, groEL, and tuf gene sequencing. The data, authored by Huimin Zhang and last updated in May 2026, reveals significant strain-level microdiversity and population-specific patterns in the transmission of gut Bifidobacteria.
54 mother-infant dyads from three ethnic groups across China were analyzed using full-length 16S rRNA, groEL, and tuf gene sequencing. The dataset, authored by Huimin Zhang and last updated in May 2026, compares strain-level diversity of Bifidobacterium communities. It supports findings of population-specific transmission patterns in gut symbiotic consortia.
Li Wang published a dataset on figshare in May 2026 containing survey data from 549 couples in Wuhan, China. The data assesses knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding labor analgesia among pregnant women and their husbands. Analysis includes correlation, logistic regression, and structural equation modeling results.
