Argonne National Laboratory provides data on U.S. census tracts eligible for the 30C Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit. The dataset reflects two categories of eligible tracts: low-income community census tracts and non-urban census tracts, as defined by IRS guidance. This data, extracted from a public dashboard, is intended to help identify locations where property installed between December 31, 2022, and January 1, 2033, may qualify for the federal tax credit.
