East of Tasmania and around Freycinet Marine Park were surveyed by the RV Investigator voyage IN2021_E02 between November 20 and 28, 2021. The Kongsberg EM710 MKII multibeam echosounder collected seafloor bathymetry, backscatter, and watercolumn backscatter data, totalling 51.9 GB across 62 raw files. Data were processed with sound velocity, tide, motion, and position corrections by CSIRO.
From 29 January to 24 March 2021, the RV Investigator voyage IN2021_V01 collected approximately 460 hours of underwater acoustic recordings and Antarctic krill 3D coordinates. The data were gathered using 251 deployed DIFAR sonobuoys as part of the TEMPO survey off the Australian Antarctic Territory. Recordings were contributed by the Australian Ocean Data Network and are intended for predator observation studies.
23 meconium samples from neonates born to mothers with congenital heart disease-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension (CHD-PAH) were compared to 17 control samples. Yiyang Han authored this study, which found lower alpha diversity and reduced Streptococcus abundance in the PH group. The data, last updated in 2026, provides a microbiome-based basis for investigating adverse maternal-fetal outcomes.
A 2026 study by Yiyang Han compared the initial gut microbiota of 40 neonates. It includes 16S rRNA sequencing data from meconium samples of 23 neonates born to mothers with congenital heart disease-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension (PH group) and 17 neonates from a control group (NC group). The dataset contains microbial diversity indices and relative abundance data at phylum and genus levels.

18 whole-genome sequenced isolates of ESBL- and/or AmpC-producing Escherichia coli from backyard poultry in southern India. The dataset includes resistome, virulome, plasmidome, and CRISPR-Cas profiles, along with multilocus sequence typing and phylogenetic analysis. It was authored by Pavan Kalyan Nagaraja and last updated on 2026-05-29.
Southern India is the source for this dataset of 18 whole-genome sequenced Escherichia coli isolates from backyard poultry. The data includes resistome, virulome, plasmidome, and CRISPR-Cas profiles, generated by Pavan Kalyan Nagaraja and last updated in May 2026. It captures 12 sequence types and multidrug resistance patterns from 45 confirmed isolates.
92,593,087 high-quality SNP loci were identified from whole-genome resequencing of 50 wild Manila clam individuals. The data, generated by yatong Yao and last updated in June 2026, supports investigations into population genetic diversity and adaptive variation. Samples were collected from five natural populations along the southeastern coast of China.
Modeled and simulated molecular structures of a cysteine peptidase enzyme from the red flour beetle, generated using prediction tools like RoseTTAFold2 and molecular dynamics software AMBER24. The dataset provides a worked example of using multiple sequence alignment subsampling to predict protein conformational ensembles for engineering. This reduced version lacks certain trajectory files; the full repository is approximately 410 GB and available upon request.
A study evaluating molecular methods for detecting influenza A virus in milk and on dairy farm surfaces. The research optimized an aluminum chloride precipitation method for virus concentration and compared swabbing techniques. Results include detection limits for H5N1 and H3N2 in raw and pasteurized milk, and virus recovery rates from surfaces like stainless steel and silicone.
564,316 laboratory measurements were analyzed from a tertiary care center surrounding 19 major football tournaments from 2004 to 2023. The retrospective study by Marlene Hollenstein compared event periods to reference periods for liver enzymes, inflammatory markers, and pancreatic enzymes. Results indicated no clinically meaningful population-level changes in routine laboratory parameters during tournaments.
A retrospective analysis of 564,316 laboratory measurements from a tertiary care center surrounding 19 major football tournaments between 2004 and 2023. The dataset compares event periods to reference periods for liver-related parameters, inflammatory markers, and pancreatic enzymes. It was authored by Marlene Hollenstein and shared under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
564,316 laboratory measurements from a tertiary care center were analyzed to assess the impact of major football tournaments on routine health parameters. The data covers 19 UEFA European Championships and FIFA World Cups from 2004 to 2023. Results showed no clinically meaningful changes in liver enzymes or inflammatory markers during event periods compared to reference times.

A retrospective analysis of 564,316 laboratory measurements from 2004 to 2023, comparing values during major football tournaments to adjacent reference periods. The dataset was created by Marlene Hollenstein and examines liver-related parameters, inflammatory markers, and pancreatic enzymes. It was last updated on June 4, 2026.
Fecal samples from captive forest musk deer in Nanyang, Henan and Gaoping, Shanxi, and wild individuals in Baotianman, Henan, were analyzed via high-throughput 16S rRNA sequencing. The dataset, authored by Min Lu and last updated in June 2026, compares microbial community structure and function across these three groups, with five samples per group. It reveals differences in dominant phyla and functional pathways between captive and wild deer.
