155 discrete, non-nuclear ultraluminous X-ray sources with luminosities exceeding 10^39 erg/s, identified in 82 galaxies observed by NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory. Analysis suggests correlations with host galaxy star formation, merging, and interactions.
