Approximately 400 benthic video samples collected around the Furneaux Islands, Tasmania, to map seagrass extent and composition. Imagery was captured using a Benthic Observation Survey System (BOSS) and stereo-uBRUV platforms and annotated via the SQUIDLE+ platform. The project contributed to a national standard operating procedure for seagrass mapping using optical remote sensing.
Tasmania's D'Entrecasteaux Channel, Huon Estuary, and North West Bay were sampled for mesozooplankton community composition on 06/09/2005. The data was collected by the Australian Ocean Data Network as part of a study from November 2004 to October 2005. The community was typical of inshore temperate habitats, with copepods being the largest contributors to abundance.
Phytoplankton distribution and abundance data collected during the RV Investigator research voyage IN2021_V01 from 29 January to 24 March 2021. The voyage, part of the TEMPO survey, sailed from Hobart to Hobart to estimate Antarctic krill biomass. Data were collected along six north–south transects spanning 55°E to 80°E, extending from approximately 62–63°S to the sea-ice edge.

The Grand Canyon Monitoring and Research Center collected this data with a ground resolution of 20 centimeters and a reported positional accuracy of 0.64 meters at 95% confidence. These 16-bit geotiff files are projected in State Plane for Arizona and intended for mapping sandbars, riparian vegetation, and habitat change.
