55 Science Data Set layers in each netCDF file provide aerosol optical depth retrievals at a 550 nm reference wavelength for daytime cloud-free scenes. The data is produced by the VIIRS instrument on the NOAA-20 satellite, using the heritage Deep Blue algorithm over land and the SOAR algorithm over ocean. This Level 2 product has a nominal 6 km x 6 km resolution at nadir, with a continuous record starting from February 17, 2018.
125 bores were surveyed in 1961 to evaluate the underground water resources of the Ranken and Avon Downs sheet areas. The Bureau of Mineral Resources collated information on these bores, with 96 currently operating and tapping sub-artesian water from Lower Palaeozoic aquifers. This data forms part of a 1962 progress report on the region's present and future development.
MOOSE_AircraftRemoteSensing_NASA-G3_GCAS_Data contains remotely sensed data collected by the GEO-CAPE Airborne Simulator onboard NASA's Gulfstream-III aircraft during the Michigan-Ontario Ozone Source Experiment. The international MOOSE campaign, involving US and Canadian agencies, conducted field studies in 2021 and 2022 to aid in creating an ozone attainment strategy for Southeast Michigan. The campaign's sub-experiments—GLAMOR, CHESS, and MERLIN—aim to understand ozone precursors, meteorological patterns, and methane sources in the US-Canada border region.
MOOSE_Aerodyne-Mobile-Laboratory_1 contains data collected by the Aerodyne Mobile Laboratory during the Michigan-Ontario Ozone Source Experiment (MOOSE). The dataset includes measurements of volatile organic compounds, nitrogen oxides, methane, carbon monoxide, ozone, and meteorological variables from field studies conducted in 2021 and 2022. The campaign was an international collaboration involving the Ontario MECP, Environment and Climate Change Canada, the US EPA, and Michigan EGLE.
A 2021-established business park dataset enriched with climate risk indicators. The data includes layers for heat stress, flooding, greenery amount, and tree amount, managed by the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and sourced from the Climate Impact Atlas. It is provided in multiple geospatial formats including WMS and WFS.
Usman Ali published a dataset on figshare in 2026 containing machine learning model performance metrics. The data likely includes R² scores and demographic consequence assessments from a 5-fold cross-validation procedure. The dataset is 5.5 KB in size and is available in XLS format.
Mohamed M. Hassona published irrigation water quality data measured at sowing for each season at BCS and SCS sites. The dataset includes mean values and standard deviations derived from three replicates per measurement. It is stored in a 5.5 KB XLS file and was last updated on May 14, 2026.
Menber Berihun Nigatu's dataset lists water quality parameters, measurement techniques, and equipment. It is a 5.5 KB Excel file published under a CC-BY-4.0 license. The dataset was last updated on May 21, 2026.
ERA5 annual mean wind speed of the chosen locations. The dataset is a 5.5 KB Excel file authored by Said Khoudiri and last updated on May 14, 2026. It is shared under a CC-BY-4.0 license on the figshare platform.
Brightness temperature data from nine microwave channels were collected by the Conical Scanning Millimeter-wave Imaging Radiometer (CoSMIR) instrument aboard the NASA ER-2 aircraft. This dataset was generated during the Integrated Precipitation and Hydrology Experiment (IPHEx) field campaign in North Carolina from May 7 to June 14, 2014, with the goal of validating satellite precipitation measurements. The data are provided by the Global Hydrology Resource Center Distributed Active Archive Center (GHRC DAAC).
A geospatial point dataset representing standard bodies of inland water in New South Wales, Australia, where flow is minor. The data distinguishes between natural and man-made water bodies and indicates whether each point is perennial, non-perennial, or mainly dry. It is provided by Spatial Services (DCS) and is scheduled for retirement, with users directed to transition to a newer GDA2020 service.
NOAA-20 VIIRS satellite data provides daily, global 0.05-degree climate modeling grid (CMG) parameters for the RossThick/Li-Sparse-Reciprocal Bidirectional Reflectance Distribution Function (BRDF) model. The product contains 39 layers, including the three BRDF parameters (fiso, fvol, fgeo) for 13 spectral bands and four ancillary layers for quality, uncertainty, local solar noon, and input resolution. It is generated daily from a 16-day moving window of snow-free acquisitions, emphasizing the ninth day, and is foundational for deriving albedo and nadir-adjusted reflectance products.
Gippsland Basin, Australia, was surveyed between April 5 and 24, 2015, to acquire precompetitive 2D seismic and bathymetry data. Geoscience Australia conducted the survey to assess the basin's CO2 storage potential and identify indicators of compromised seal integrity. The data is available for free download from the Geoscience Australia website.
March-April 2001 data from the NASA TRACE-P airborne campaign studying atmospheric chemistry over the Pacific. The dataset merges measurements from two research aircraft (DC-8 and P-3B) equipped with over 40 instruments, ground stations in China, and satellite imagery. It was created by NASA, NCAR, and several US universities as part of the Global Tropospheric Experiment.
26 Science Data Sets provide daily top-of-atmosphere nighttime radiance from January 2012 onward. The VIIRS/NPP sensor data includes radiance, angles, cloud-mask flags, and quality information at a 15 arc-second spatial resolution. NASA produces this collection, which has been updated to version 2.0 with floating-point radiance and coverage over both land and water.
Spot Height is a point feature class representing individual surveyed elevation points on the earth's surface for New South Wales. The data was initially captured at 1:25,000, 1:50,000, and 1:100,000 scales from stereoscopic aerial photography. It is provided by Spatial Services, a business unit of the Department of Customer Service NSW, as part of the Foundation Spatial Data Framework.
