EGS survey onboard RV Bold Explorer in April 2024 acquired bathymetry, seabed features, and shallow geology data for the SSCN cable route. The dataset covers the Western Eyre Marine Park area. The Australian Ocean Data Network published the data in April 2026.
Over 80 layers of marine information, including maritime boundaries, bathymetry, physical and environmental data, legal interests, fisheries, shipping, and offshore mineral locations. AMSIS is a web-based interactive mapping system developed by Geoscience Australia with data sourced from government agencies and industry. The system uses standards to support interoperability with other online portals.
Electric taxiing systems using wheel-embedded motors could reduce fuel burn and emissions at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport. Edson Lungomesha from the University of Zambia authored this Open Access paper analyzing the concept's feasibility using the airport's current air traffic. The study highlights potential savings in engine maintenance costs and reductions in carbon dioxide, nitric oxide, and sound pollution.
San Francisco transit stops from the SFMTA system. The data provides location and feature information for all stops, exported from the Trapeze scheduling system. It is updated by 'Sign-up' when system changes take effect, typically every 3-6 months.
Strategic noise mapping data for major railways in European areas with populations over 100,000 and along Network Rail routes with more than 60,000 train passages annually. The dataset provides Lden noise levels, a 24-hour annual average with separate weightings for evening and night periods. It was produced by the Government Digital Service to meet the requirements of the Environmental Noise Directive (2002/49/EC).
Strategic noise mapping data for airports within large European agglomerations or with over 50,000 annual air traffic movements. The dataset provides Lden noise contours, a 24-hour annual average noise level with separate weightings for evening and night periods. This analysis was produced to meet the requirements of the EU Environmental Noise Directive (2002/49/EC).
EGS collected this bathymetric dataset for the SUBCO Subsea Cable Network (SSCN) cable route survey using the RV Bold Explorer. The survey, conducted in April 2024, investigated bathymetry, seabed features, and shallow geology within the Murray Marine Park off Western Australia. The dataset is hosted by the Australian Ocean Data Network and is not for navigational use.
Eastern Recherche Marine Park bathymetry data acquired by EGS onboard the RV Bold Explorer in April 2024. The survey investigated seabed features and shallow geology along a proposed subsea cable route and included a subsequent geotechnical sampling program. The dataset is provided by the Australian Ocean Data Network and is not for navigational use.
The Search for Flight MH370 - Phase 2 Raw and Processed Data contains over 121,000 square kilometres of high-resolution marine survey data from the Southern Indian Ocean. The Australian Transport Safety Bureau led the search, with data acquired by multiple vessels using multibeam and side scan sonar between September 2014 and January 2017. Geoscience Australia provided expertise, and the data was collated by the Australian Ocean Data Network.
EGS collected this bathymetry dataset during the SSCN subsea cable route survey onboard the RV Bold Explorer in April 2024. The survey investigated seabed features and shallow geology within the Great Australian Bight Marine Park. The dataset is provided by the Australian Ocean Data Network and was last updated in April 2026.
Bathymetric survey data for a subsea cable route within the Apollo Marine Park, acquired between February 24 and March 5, 2024. The survey was conducted by EGS Survey Pty Ltd onboard the RV Bold Explorer to support engineering and construction of the SUBCO Subsea Cable Network. The dataset is intended for route planning to identify seabed slopes, conditions, and obstacles, and is not for navigational purposes.
Beagle Marine Park bathymetric data acquired between March 7 and April 4, 2024. The survey was conducted by EGS Survey Pty Ltd onboard the RV Bold Explorer for the SUBCO Subsea Cable Network (SSCN) Segment 2-E route. The primary purpose was to identify a viable cable route clear of excessive slopes, adverse sea floor conditions, and obstacles.
Monthly linked-trip counts for Edmonton Transit Service bus and light rail routes track total origin-to-destination journeys. Data from 2019 onward is derived from Automated Passenger Counters, while pre-2019 estimates relied on fare media sales analysis, creating a methodological break. This dataset is published by data.edmonton.ca.
Australia's Maritime Jurisdiction off Northern Australia 2014 is a map depicting Australia's continental shelf as proclaimed in the Seas and Submerged Lands (Limits of Continental Shelf) Proclamation 2012. It is one of 27 constituent maps in the Australia's Maritime Jurisdiction Map Series, updated in June 2014 by Geoscience Australia. The background bathymetry image is derived from a 2009 9 arc second grid and a 1997 grid by Smith and Sandwell.
A geospatial map depicting Australia's continental shelf boundaries as proclaimed in the Seas and Submerged Lands Act 1973. The background bathymetric image combines data from Geoscience Australia's 2009 grid and Smith and Sandwell's 1997 grid, with land imagery from NASA's Blue Marble. It is one of 27 constituent maps in the Australia's Maritime Jurisdiction Map Series, updated in April 2021 to conform with Australian Maritime Boundaries 2020 data.
The White Road is the sole winter land link between Kegaska and Blanc-Sablon on Quebec's Lower North Shore. This dataset provides exclusive GIS files for this snowmobile trail, inventoried in the BGR system with sub-route code 'M'. It is offered separately from the larger Quebec road network dataset.
The Transportation Services Index (TSI) measures monthly freight and passenger movement output, created by the U.S. Department of Transportation's Bureau of Transportation Statistics. Columns suggest granular data on air revenue ton miles (AIR_RTMFM), rail freight carloads (RAIL_FRT_CARLOADS), trucking indices (IDX_TRUCK_D11), and passenger metrics like enplanements (ENPLANE_I). The dataset is seasonally-adjusted to reveal underlying economic trends.
Australia's Maritime Jurisdiction North of 25°S 2019 is a map depicting Australia's continental shelf and maritime boundaries north of approximately 25°S. Updated in December 2019 to reflect the 2018 Australia/Timor-Leste Maritime Boundaries Treaty, it includes areas around Cocos (Keeling) Islands and Christmas Island. The map is part of the Australia's Maritime Jurisdiction Map Series and uses bathymetry and topographic data from Geoscience Australia and NASA.
