Four days of high-resolution bathymetry data collected in 2014 by Deakin University for Parks Victoria. The survey used a Kongsberg EM2040c multibeam echosounder onboard the Motor Vessel Yolla to map the seafloor inside and outside the Merri Marine Sanctuary. These data were intended to help associate southern rock lobster populations with specific seafloor habitats.
West Hawaii coastal waters are monitored through diver surveys at 26 permanent sites. The dataset includes fish and urchin counts from 100 m² belt transects, benthic cover analysis from stratified point counts on images, and targeted coral bleaching assessments from 2015. Data collection spans from 2003 to 2017, with benthic analysis transitioning from CPCe to CoralNet software.
2019–2021 data from a geothermal warming chronosequence in Icelandic subarctic grasslands, examining bacterial community dynamics and nitrogen-cycling gene abundances. The dataset compares two grasslands with contrasting warming histories (11–13 years and >60 years) across rhizosphere and bulk soil compartments under warming gradients up to +15 °C. It was authored by Arun Kumar Devarajan and shared via figshare.
2001-2021 data from five fixed sites at Bellevue Beach inshore area, sampled with surface plankton tows during capelin larval emergence in July and August. This larval index is a fishery-independent metric used in capelin stock assessments, with sampling conducted every 24-72 hours for 6-8 weeks each summer.
A map produced for the Australian Fisheries Management Authority to assist enforcement of Australia's maritime boundaries. This Indonesian-translated version uses icons to explain fishing zones in the Timor and Arafura Seas. The map was updated in 2019 to reflect the 2018 Australia/Timor-Leste Maritime Boundaries Treaty.
A sample dataset lists 100 houseplants with quantitative metrics for light and water requirements. It also includes pet toxicity information sourced from the ASPCA. The dataset's author, organization, and last update date are unknown.
Topobathymetric lidar data covering approximately 518 square miles of Chesapeake Bay, Virginia, from Fisherman Island National Wildlife Refuge to Pitts Neck. The data were collected by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration using a Riegl VQ-880-G sensor between March 29 and May 25, 2018. The dataset consists of 1,527 tiles in LAS 1.4 format with points classified as ground, water surface, bathymetric, and other categories.
Australian Fisheries Management Authority produced this map to assist in enforcing Australia's maritime boundaries. It contains explanations and coordinates for boundaries in the Arafura Sea and Torres Strait, updated in 2019 to reflect the 2018 Australia/Timor-Leste treaty. This version is an Indonesian translation, hosted by the Australian Ocean Data Network.
Geomorphic habitat maps for a representative selection of Australia's near-pristine estuaries were produced by the Comparative Geomorphology of Estuaries Project of the Coastal CRC. The project aimed to improve understanding of these coastal systems, with a focus on mapping geomorphic habitats. The dataset is hosted by the Australian Ocean Data Network and was last updated in April 2026.
A 2010 vegetation inventory for Aniakchak National Monument and Preserve, produced by the National Park Service Vegetation Inventory Program. The map delineates 24 vegetated earth cover classes using 30-meter TM imagery and a two-tiered classification system. The associated technical report was published in 2012 by the National Park Service.
Sprague–Dawley rats were used in a 90-day chronic toxicity study by Hui Zhang, published on figshare in 2026. The dataset likely contains results from integrated intestinal microbiome and metabolome analysis. It explores dose-dependent and gender-specific responses to L-Se-methylselenocysteine mediated by the gut microbiota-metabolite axis.
Tabular data from a 90-day chronic toxicity study of L-Se-methylselenocysteine in Sprague–Dawley rats. The dataset likely contains results from integrated intestinal microbiome and metabolome analyses, exploring dose-dependent and gender-specific responses. The data was uploaded by Hui Zhang to figshare in March 2026.
90-day chronic toxicity study on Sprague-Dawley rats explores dose-dependent and gender-specific effects of L-Se-methylselenocysteine. Integrated microbiome and metabolome analysis reveals impacts on intestinal homeostasis and hepatosplenic injury thresholds. Hui Zhang published this research on figshare in March 2026.
A 90-day chronic toxicity study on Sprague–Dawley rats conducted by Hui Zhang, with data last updated in March 2026. The dataset likely contains results from integrated intestinal microbiome and metabolome analysis exploring the effects of L-Se-methylselenocysteine. It includes findings on dose-dependent health benefits and gender-specific hepatosplenic injury at high doses.
13.3 KB of tabular data from a 90-day chronic toxicity study in Sprague–Dawley rats. The dataset likely contains results from integrated intestinal microbiome and metabolome analyses exploring the effects of L-Se-methylselenocysteine. The data was uploaded by Hui Zhang on figshare in March 2026.
A 2026-updated digital map layer details Tasmania's land reserved for biodiversity conservation. It integrates data from multiple sources including Public Land Classification, Private Reserves, Indigenous Protected Areas, and Future Potential Production Forest. The dataset is managed by the Tasmania Government's The List Data organization.
Expert assessments quantify the benefits of conservation strategies for Antarctic taxonomic groups. Data originates from a 2017 workshop where biodiversity experts provided intactness values projected to the year 2100. The analysis was conducted by the Australian Antarctic Data Centre.
Millennium Ecosystem Assessment: MA Scenarios provides data on population, income, cereal and meat production, land cover, water stress, and nitrogen deposition. The dataset, managed by NASA's ESDIS, models long-range outlooks for global and regional ecosystem changes. It was last updated in 2100.
An integrated modeling project merges biological and hydrological models to assess ecological consequences of sea level rise in coastal south Florida. The project builds on prior USGS research supporting the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP). It was developed by CEOS_EXTRA and last updated in 2057.
