A system of terms and rules for writing standardized crystal chemical formulas for ordered microporous and mesoporous materials is proposed by L. B. Mccusker of ETH Zurich. The nomenclature encompasses all inorganic materials with ordered, accessible pores with free diameters of less than 50 nm. The crystal chemical formula describes the composition of guest and host species, host structure, pore system structure, and material symmetry.
RV Investigator voyage IN2024_T01 collected an inventory of rock dredge samples from the ocean floor. The Australian Ocean Data Network provides sample identifiers, collection metadata, and detailed macroscopic descriptions, including links to photographic records. This dataset was last updated on June 23, 2026.
A collection of over 5400 prompts and their corresponding generated images for open-source AI image models, exceeding 10GB in total size. The dataset was created by Goku-OpenLab and was last updated on July 21, 2026. It includes full metadata and preview images for each prompt.
Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler data collected during the RV Investigator voyage IN2023_V02, which investigated a gigantic submarine landslide offshore western Tasmania. The voyage took place between March 24 and April 30, 2023, departing from and returning to Hobart. Data were processed and archived by CSIRO's National Collections and Marine Infrastructure Information and Data Centre.
Data from 30 healthy adult participants, with a mean age of 37.8 years, collected to compare two assays for quantifying human cytomegalovirus (HCMV)-specific T-cells. The dataset includes counts of IFN-γ-producing cells from ELISPOT and intracellular cytokine staining (ICS) assays, stimulated with whole CMV lysate and IE1 peptide pool, alongside anti-CMV IgG serology results. It was authored by Chompunuch Klinmalai and last updated on June 4, 2026.
Thirty peripheral blood samples from healthy individuals quantify CMV-specific T-cells and anti-CMV IgG levels. The dataset compares results from intracellular staining (ICS) and enzyme-linked immunospot (ELISPOT) assays, showing a strong correlation between the two methods. It was authored by Chompunuch Klinmalai and last updated on June 4, 2026.
Mauro Maiorca deposited data associated with the manuscript 'Resolving Functional States in Cryo-EM Datasets with JANAS'. The archive includes datasets for the JANAS pipeline applied to several protein and RNA complexes, including the 5-HT1BR–Go receptor, 46Q HTT–HAP40, O. iheyensis group II intron, and OLE RNA homodimer. Datasets include refined 3D maps, atomic models, and related metadata.
A 2023-2025 project by the NESP Marine and Coastal Hub, managed by the Australian Ocean Data Network, to develop a National Indigenous Environmental Research Network. The project uses case studies and mapping to explore Indigenous-led approaches to environmental research. Planned outputs include a spatial mapping dataset and a final technical report with policy recommendations.
More than 170 satellite-derived Sea Surface Temperature and Chlorophyll-a images from July 2002 to December 2016, with a spatial resolution of approximately 1 kilometer, were used to map the Bonney Coast upwelling system. The data was processed by the Australian Ocean Data Network using Topographic Position Index and image segmentation techniques. Results confirm the upwelling is a seasonal system occurring between November and April, with strong inter-annual variation.
Over a century of marine sediment samples, collected between 1905 and 2017, are documented in this dataset. It contains point data describing physical properties like %mud, %sand, %gravel, mean grain size, and texture classified using Folk (1954) nomenclature. Samples were sourced from multiple organizations across the Australian Exclusive Economic Zone, Antarctic Territory, Christmas Island, the Timor Sea, and waters around Papua New Guinea.
A study by Dion D'Mello published on figshare in 2026 evaluated the test-retest reliability of two dynamometers for measuring hip muscle strength in cyclists. The dataset contains peak force measurements from 25 recreational cyclists (22 males, mean age 36.64 years) tested twice, approximately 72 hours apart. It includes results for hip flexion and extension using a belt-stabilized handheld dynamometer and a fixed-frame dynamometer.
41 randomized controlled trials involving 3,500 obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome were analyzed. The Bayesian network meta-analysis compared the relative efficacy of ten acupuncture-related interventions on metabolic and endocrine outcomes. The study was registered in PROSPERO (CRD420251118032) and authored by Yi Liu.
FTS publishes data on humanitarian funding flows as reported by donors and recipient organizations. The data presents all humanitarian funding to Slovakia and funding mapped against requirements in humanitarian response plans. It originates from OCHA's Financial Tracking Service and was last updated on 2026-07-03.
Australia's continental margin seabed samples from over 350 locations surveyed between 2007 and 2014. The dataset includes parameters for organic matter source, concentration, and bioavailability, such as δ13C, δ15N, total organic carbon, and sediment oxygen demand. It was compiled by researchers from the Australian Ocean Data Network and published in 2017.
A scoping literature review database developed by researchers at Stockholm University for a 2024 study on terrestrial water and Earth System connections. The database includes papers published up to the end of 2021, identified via a Web of Science search performed on April 22, 2022. It is organized into Excel sheets covering water flow, water storage, and water quality research at catchment to global scales.
A list of 2,521 polarity shifters labeled for their shifting direction, derived from the lexicon of Schulder, Wiegand and Ruppenhofer (JNLE 2021). It contains 863 shifters affecting only positive polar expressions, 288 affecting only negative ones, and 1,370 that can shift in both directions. The dataset was created by Marc Schulder at Universität Hamburg for a 2020 LREC conference publication.
