July-September 2022 recordings from static bat detectors placed around Exeter, Devon, UK, to gauge the impact of artificial light at night (ALAN) on bat movement. Classifications were drawn from audio recordings using BatClassify and PnatConsoleApp software, supplemented by manual human classification on a subset. The dataset is provided by the Environmental Information Data Centre.
The Canadian Importers Database (CID) provides summary reports and lists of companies importing goods into Canada. It is published by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada and was last updated on July 16, 2026. The data is available in CSV format under the OGL-CA-2.0 license.
The Canadian Importers Database (CID) provides summary reports and lists of companies importing goods into Canada. It is published by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada and was last updated on July 16, 2026. Users must be aware that HS6 and HS10 codes may lose leading zeros when imported into Excel.

East of Tasmania and around Freycinet Marine Park were surveyed by the RV Investigator voyage IN2021_E02 between November 20 and 28, 2021. The Kongsberg EM710 MKII multibeam echosounder collected seafloor bathymetry, backscatter, and watercolumn backscatter data, totalling 51.9 GB across 62 raw files. Data were processed with sound velocity, tide, motion, and position corrections by CSIRO.
From 29 January to 24 March 2021, the RV Investigator voyage IN2021_V01 collected approximately 460 hours of underwater acoustic recordings and Antarctic krill 3D coordinates. The data were gathered using 251 deployed DIFAR sonobuoys as part of the TEMPO survey off the Australian Antarctic Territory. Recordings were contributed by the Australian Ocean Data Network and are intended for predator observation studies.
November 15 to December 20, 2023, Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) data were collected during the RV Investigator voyage IN2023_V07, focusing on smaller scales of the Antarctic Circumpolar Current south of Tasmania. The data were processed by CSIRO National Collections and Marine Infrastructure (NCMI) Information and Data Centre (IDC) using the University of Hawaii Data Acquisition System (UHDAS) and Common Ocean Data Access System (CODAS).
A mapping exercise of border crossing points and lines on the public road network between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The data was produced by the Department for Infrastructure in Northern Ireland in collaboration with the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport in the Republic of Ireland. The dataset was last updated on 2026-07-08.
A final consultation report on municipal recycling and waste strategy, authored by the Practical Law Company for the London Borough of Barnet. The dataset was last updated on 2026-07-08. The content likely contains policy analysis, public feedback, and strategic recommendations.
23 meconium samples from neonates born to mothers with congenital heart disease-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension (CHD-PAH) were compared to 17 control samples. Yiyang Han authored this study, which found lower alpha diversity and reduced Streptococcus abundance in the PH group. The data, last updated in 2026, provides a microbiome-based basis for investigating adverse maternal-fetal outcomes.
A 2026 study by Yiyang Han compared the initial gut microbiota of 40 neonates. It includes 16S rRNA sequencing data from meconium samples of 23 neonates born to mothers with congenital heart disease-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension (PH group) and 17 neonates from a control group (NC group). The dataset contains microbial diversity indices and relative abundance data at phylum and genus levels.

Southern India is the source for this dataset of 18 whole-genome sequenced Escherichia coli isolates from backyard poultry. The data includes resistome, virulome, plasmidome, and CRISPR-Cas profiles, generated by Pavan Kalyan Nagaraja and last updated in May 2026. It captures 12 sequence types and multidrug resistance patterns from 45 confirmed isolates.
18 whole-genome sequenced isolates of ESBL- and/or AmpC-producing Escherichia coli from backyard poultry in southern India. The dataset includes resistome, virulome, plasmidome, and CRISPR-Cas profiles, along with multilocus sequence typing and phylogenetic analysis. It was authored by Pavan Kalyan Nagaraja and last updated on 2026-05-29.
NESP Marine and Coastal Hub data provides environmental DNA sampling results for the endangered Maugean skate in Bathurst Harbour, Tasmania. The dataset includes inferred species presence/absence data collected between 2021 and 2022 to assess the population status of a species with a known population of only about 3,000 individuals. Outputs from this project are managed by the Australian Ocean Data Network.
A 2019 dataset released with the ASE conference paper 'DIRE: A Neural Approach to Decompiled Identifier Naming'. It contains information from 3,195,962 functions decompiled from 164,632 unique binaries generated from C code scraped from GitHub. The dataset was created by Jeremy Lacomis of Carnegie Mellon University and is partitioned into 16 archives by binary hash.
From 2001 to 2016, this dataset presents results from an organic farming system at the WUR Vredepeel test location, focusing on crop yield, soil quality, fertilization, and nitrogen leaching. The organic system shows yields averaging 6% below target, good soil fertility, and nitrate concentrations in groundwater below the Nitrates Directive limit, though nutrient surpluses for nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium exceed target values. The data was compiled by J.J. de Haan of Wageningen University & Research.
152 audiology service users participated in an exploratory study assessing functioning and disability using the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health. Most participants reported mild or moderate disability in auditory perception and hearing functions, but these disabilities were not limiting factors for most assessed activities and participation. The data was collected by Valquíria Conceição Souza via a socioeconomic and assistance questionnaire.
PubMed-derived bibliometric data on Ebola publications from 1995 to 2014, focusing on the 2014 outbreak year. Andrea Ballabeni compiled volumes, classifications, and figures for publications containing 'ebola' or 'ebolavirus' in their titles. The dataset likely contains sheets for specific countries and topics such as clinical trials.
CATH Functional Families (FunFams) assignments for protein domains from three coronaviruses: SARS-CoV-2, SARS-CoV, and MERS. The data was generated by Nicola Bordin at University College London by scanning UniProt entries against the FunFams v4.3 Hidden Markov Models library using HMMER3. The assignments were resolved using cath-resolve-hits, as the CATH v4.3 release was frozen before the COVID-19 pandemic.
